[Kflog-user] Ground and Terrain data again avaliable

Hi list,

after removing of the old KFLog airfield and airspace files in April the 
Ground and Terrain data were also not more available. That was detected 
yesterday by Josh and Heiner has fixed that immediately. Thanks to him.
